All prices are subject to change and include VAT. 


Age Limitations


Strictly over 18's for the use of Tanning equipment and any Aesthetic procedure.

Please enquire before booking any treatments for under 18's, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with consent to be given at time of treatment.


Children


Please make sure children are supervised at all times in and around the Salon. Pinky's will not accept any responsibility for unsupervised children and any damage incurred to the premises or products will be charged to the individual client before they leave. 


We would generally advise against bringing children into the salon unless its for a treatment for the child itself.


For health and safety reasons children are strictly prohibited in the massage areas, tanning areas and aesthetics room. Please endeavour to keep your child occupied and noise to a minimum in respect of other clients having treatments.


Booking Conditions


Pre booking is essential to avoid disappointment via the online booking app, website or telephone, however please feel free to drop in or call us on the day for any last minute spaces which are often advertised on social media or via the waitlist which you can add your request to via Ovatu.


Please be aware that by making an appointment you agree to these terms and conditions and abide by them.


Pinky's Beauty Ltd. reserve the right to cancel, delay , move or change an appointment / treatment if necessary due to any of the above or below t's and c's.


Deposits


Deposits shall be taken for all treatments over £100. A member of our admin team will be in touch if a booking is made online without the deposit being taken and any bookings where a deposit is due and has not been recieved we will cancel the appointment until monies have been recieved .


If you have had to cancel any previous appointments within 24 hours before or have not turned up to an appointment previously we will also be in touch regarding a deposit and the above terms shall apply.


All aesthetic procedures are subject to a 7 day refund policy. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment will not be eligible for any refund. Appointments made with less than 7 days notice of the treatment, again are not eligible for any refund if cancelled.


Cancellations


If you need to cancel your appointment please endeavour to do so more than 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full payment of the treatment and a deposit being taken on all future bookings. Illness will be dealt with on a case to case circumstance.


Please cancel via the app leaving a note on the booking or alternatively ring us on the contact numbers given.


Please confirm your appointment on reciept of your text or email reminder so we know your intentions to attend the appointment.


Refund Policy


Products - We are unable to refund any products purchased in the store due to hygene reasons. However faulty products shall be returned to the supplier for review.


Services - All of our therapists are fully qualified and operate on a strictly professional basis - if you are unhappy with any treatment or service carried out please bring it to  the immediate attention of the therapist or a senior member of staff that day on shift.  

We do not offer refunds on any treatment but any complaints will be dealt with immediately with an aim to resolve any concerns. 


Complaints Procedure


It is our ultimate aim to ensure that every client is treated as an individual and comes away delighted with there treatments and experience at Pinkys. 

We do however acknowledge that on occasion our clients individual expectations may not have been met. In such unfortunate circumstances we will always ensure that we correct any issues at the earliest oppurtunity. 

It is therefore of the upmost importance that any concerns must be identified by the client immediately during the treatment if applicable to rectify or adjust the treatment to the clients request.


If after speaking to the therapist during your treatment you remain unhappy please email us on us at hello@pinkysbeauty.co.uk. where we will endeavour to contact your email and attempt to resolve any issues to the best of our capabilties within 28 days with regards to this complaint. If this procedure has not been followed and you have not addressed it on the day this may make your complaint void.


Client Consultations and Health Conditions / Pregnancy


Pregnant women in the first trimester are unable to have specific treatments - please discuss this with your medical practioner and therapist.

All new clients will be required to complete a client consultation card prior to treatment. Please advise us of any injuries, health conditions and allergies you have which must be discussed with both practioner and therapist prior to booking. 


We reserve the right to request that all clients update us on any change to their conditions. This may involve re-completion of the card every 6 months.


Patch tests are required for all hair  colour treatment , eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting, lash lift and lash extension treatments. Some wax patch tests may be requested if a previous allergy has been specified. Patch tests must be undertaken  frequently as allergies can develop at any stage even if its a regular procedure.


Tanning


Our policy is strictly over 18's. We will advise you to bring identification along if you look under 25. Some skin types are not advised to use tanning booths. Pinky's Beauty Ltd. takes no responsibility for any skin conditions that may occur in the result of the use of tanning booths. Please speak to your medical practioner before use. Pregnant women are prohibited from using the tanning facility.


Personal Belongings


Please keep all of your valuables on your person - Pinkys shall not be held responsible for any lost belongings. Parking your vehicle on site is done so at your own risk.


Aesthetics and SMPU


You will recieve your terms and conditions and a disclaimer by post or email directly from your practioner you have booked with either on the day or beforehand.

By signing this agreement you agree to the T'S and C's set out by the practioner and also to those of Pinky's Beauty Ltd.

You will be advised on aftercare and following consultations at the appointment.


There is no guarentee to the success and longevity of each treatment as everyones results may differ from client to client.


Pinky's Beauty Limited merely acts as a workspace from which our self-employed therapists use to practice their specific services therefore Pinky's shalt not be held responsible for any individual concerns you may have and must be discussed with your individual practioner with an aim to resolve between the client and self employed work person.


Sickness


If for any reasons your appointment is cancelled due to sickness or unforseen circumstances we will endeavour to find you an alternative appointment with another member of staff within 7 days subject to avaialibility. Your therapist will contact you within 48 hours of cancellation to discuss your requirements.
